TURNKEY PROPOSAL NiComTech will serve as the Master Contractor for the Rollout Project and provide the following services: Environmental Impact Studies Procure Materials Civil Construction Electrical Power Supply Project Funding (Short/Long Term) PROPOSAL STEPS From the date NiComTech receives a “complete” Exe File with a RFQ date it will: Appoint the Contractors/Handover Site Manage all Material Delivery to Site Manage the Civil and Elec Construction Perform QA Inspections Provide the Electrical Power Supply Present Finished Site, with Power, by the RFQ Date for Acceptance ACCEPTANCE PROCESS Pre-Acceptance Inspection (NiComTech/Contractors) Compile As-Built Documentation Acceptance Inspection (Operator/NiComTech/Contractors) Acceptance Certificate Signed AFTER ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE IS SIGNED Pay all Contractor Invoices Submit Detailed Invoice to Network Operator (typical payment terms of 30 days) Provide Operator a Guarantee of Quality and Workmanship for a Period of 180 Days or a period to be agreed upon PROPOSED PILOT PROJECT NiComTech proposes to select one project for a turnkey pilot.
